Dylan Newton was born and raised in a small town where the
local library was her favorite hang-out. Plus, it was the only place after
school open until her single mother got off from work to pick her up where she
didn't have to stand in the perpetual snow of Upstate New York.
After earning a degree in English Literature, Dylan spent
more than a decade sidetracked by an executive position in corporate America
where she swears she contracted testosterone poisoning from working with all
men. She figures that explains all of the estrogen-rich activities she's done
since leaving the banking/finance industry: heading up PTA, Girl Scouts, being
a beauty consultant, having a baby, and writing a romance novel.

Her debut novel, “Despite the Ghosts”, is a paranormal romance resulting from the 2008 NaNoWriMo challenge, which was contracted and published with The Wild Rose Press in 2010. The novel features a beautiful psychic who struggles to decipher a spirit's clues. Her attempts land her in the arms of the spirit's brother--a bachelor tycoon, and complete skeptic. Sparks fly as the two work together to solve the ghost's mystery, but can their romance work, DESPITE THE GHOSTS?
Currently, Dylan is working with her fabulous agent at Three Seas Literary and finishing her anticipated (by her, anyway) NY Times Bestselling series, while trying to figure out that whole cook for a day, eat for a month gig.

Dylan married her high-school sweetheart and they are busy
